Single curvature tempering furnace adopts air stream heating technology, and it is suitable for tempering single curvature glass in small quantities. Glass can be tempered includes: on-line Low-E glass, silk-printed glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.
Technical Features of the Single Curvature Tempering Furnace
1. Hard shaft bending rollers which bend the glass lengthwise;
2. The bending mechanism consists of many bending devices, and each bending device not only can camber by itself, also can be slightly adjusted separately, therefore high accuracy radian can be reached;
3. Bending system is controlled by German servo control system, which ensures good repeatability and consistency.
4. The Single Curvature Tempering Furnace can temper small volume single curvature bent glass for autos and household appliances with high accuracy.
5. Equipped with Jet Heating convection system additionally, the Single Curvature Tempering Furnace can temper on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, extra white glass, screen printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.
6. The Single Curvature Tempering Furnace adopts Air Stream heating technology and can temper single curvature glass with good quality.
